KOUM™, Zaphenath™, ZaphenathEnvoy™, The Sentinel™, The Matchmaker™, The Boomerang™, The Oracle™, The Scribe™, The Ledger™, The Arbiter™, The Herald™, The Vault™, and The Compass™ are trademarks of Zaphenath Ltd, registered in Rwanda.
Unauthorised use of these marks constitutes trademark infringement under Rwandan IP law and the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property.
Platform technology
The Koum platform — including its freight intelligence algorithms, trust scoring system, matchmaking engine, pricing oracle, and document generation system — constitutes proprietary trade secrets of Zaphenath Ltd.
Reverse engineering, scraping, or reproduction of any platform functionality is strictly prohibited and constitutes both breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation.
User content
You retain ownership of data you submit to Koum (load details, company information). By submitting data, you grant Koum a licence to use that data to operate the platform and improve its intelligence systems.
Koum does not claim ownership of your business data.
